Alyze analyses AI-driven emotional metrics from your content in order to detect and discover the emotions of the audience, allowing to improve the purchase decision of certain content and helping to select the best advertising materials in relation to the emotions that you want to achieve in the audience.
Through the Service, Alyze allows the creation of free user accounts for limited testing of the paid Services.
The terms and conditions of the Service are presented in several languages. In case of contradiction between one and the other, the Spanish version will prevail.
3.2. Provision
The process of hiring a free trial subscription is as follows:
- Proceed to the creation of your user account by completing the form provided.
- Once registered, the availability of the free version for testing will be immediate.
- The contracting of the paid services must be done through legal@alyze.us.
3.3. Use
Users agree to use the Service in accordance with current legislation and the terms and conditions of the platform.
Likewise, users agree not to collect data for advertising purposes, send advertising of any kind or communications for sales or other commercial purposes. Nor may they make data
collected through the Service available to third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
In the event of non-compliance with these obligations, users will be held liable for any infringement.

You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period or the end of the test quantity included in your subscription. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for full or partial subscription periods.

In any case, Alyze informs credit and debit card holders that all transactions are carried out on a secure payment gateway, using TLS technology to guarantee the security of data transmission.

The subscriptions offered in the Service, and their prices, will be available for contracting while they are in the catalog displayed on this website.

12. Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

Given the type of services and products provided by Alyze, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in accordance with article 103, section m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
In this regard, the purchase by the user of any of the subscriptions offered by the Service, whether for individuals or legal entities, must be paid for in full in advance.
12.2. Cancellations and Refunds

This Service is governed by Spanish legislation.
In order to simplify the resolution of civil claims and reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility of submitting to an Arbitration of Equity of the Court of Arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
In this respect, and in accordance with the applicable regulations, Alyze informs you of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform that facilitates the out-of-court settlement of such disputes for contracts concluded online between consumers (Users) and Internet service providers. This platform can be accessed via the following website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If the Service is contracted by a company, in the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Florida and to United States of America law.
